Remote Monitoring

Users need to download the Roadrunner APP to install to the phone, support Android, IOS.

Navigation Common navigation problems

If you do not receive GPS signals or have poor reception, please note the following conditions: Make sure your device is facing an unobstructed sky.

GPS signal may be affected by the following factors:
1. GPS antenna is best placed in the rear C-pillar;
2. Too much shade (such as tall buildings, tunnels, viaducts, trees, blast film of the car, etc.);
3. Other wireless transmission devices in the car;
4. The shielding of the car blast film;
5. Bad weather;
